About

What does golf actually feel like?

Not the scorecard. Not the stats. The walk between shots. The expression after a pure strike. The way late-day light settles across a green like it belongs there.

I'm Tony, a photographer, writer, and lifelong golfer based in the Philadelphia area. I created this project to explore the emotional and atmospheric side of the game. The details that don't show up in a recap but stay with you long after the round ends.

"Flow" is that rare state where everything clicks and time slows down. You know it when you're in it.

  • in the rhythm of a pre-shot routine

  • in the quiet before a tee shot

  • in the shared glance between playing partners

  • in the architecture and contours that invite a certain shot, a certain feeling

When I find one of those moments, I do my best to capture it and share it. That's what in flow golf means to me. It’s not a brand, but a type of shot, a type of experience, a feeling the game gives you when everything lines up.

I photograph professional events, courses, and players across the tri-state area, and I write about what I see and feel while doing it. Every gallery and every piece of writing is an attempt to bottle one of those moments, not just how golf looks, but how it feels to be standing there.

This is for anyone who loves the game beyond the scorecard. The ones who chase good shots, good walks, and good memories
